How to Set Up Game Day
Game Day is where Soccer Dad really shines. Set your lineup, plan fair rotations, and track everything live during the match.
Go to Game Day
Open the Game Day section and select the upcoming game you want to manage. If you haven't created a game event yet, do that first in the Schedule tab.
Select Your Players
Choose which players from your roster are available for this game. Players marked as unavailable in attendance will be automatically excluded.
Set Your Formation
Pick a formation (e.g., 4-3-3, 3-2-1) and assign players to positions on the field. Drag players to their spots or tap a position to assign.
Configure Rotations
Set the rotation interval and choose a goalie rotation mode. Soccer Dad will generate a fair rotation plan that gives every player equal playing time.
Start Tracking
When the whistle blows, start the game clock. Track the score, log goals and events, and follow the rotation plan for substitutions throughout the match.
