How do I create a team?
After signing in, tap the “+” button on the home screen and enter your team name and details. You’ll automatically become the team owner.
Can I invite other coaches or parents?
Yes! Go to your team settings and use the invite feature to share an invite code or link. Other users can join with the code and you can assign them roles (coach, manager, or parent).
How does game day tracking work?
Navigate to the Game Day tab and select an upcoming game. From there you can set your formation, select players, and start live tracking with the game clock, substitution management, and event logging.
What are AI features and do they cost extra?
AI features include game summaries, practice plan generation, lineup suggestions, and more. They are available with a Soccer Dad Premium subscription. AI features require your explicit consent before any data is sent to AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI).
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to More > Subscription in the iOS or Android app to view your current plan, upgrade, or manage your subscription. You can also manage it through your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
Can I use Soccer Dad on the web?
Yes! The web app is available at soccer-dad.com for existing users. Sign in with your account to access your teams, plays, and stats from any browser.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. This will permanently remove your personal data from our systems. If you need help, contact us at support@soccer-dad.com.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level security so only your team members can access your team’s data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
