Acceptance of Terms

By using Soccer Dad (“the app”), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Soccer Dad is a youth sports team management app that helps coaches and parents manage teams, track games, record statistics, and organize schedules. The app is available on iOS, Android, and the web.

Accounts

You must create an account to use Soccer Dad. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the app.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app, including team data, player information, game records, and play diagrams. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you and your team members.

Subscriptions

Soccer Dad offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features. Subscriptions on iOS are billed through Apple and on Android through Google Play. iOS subscriptions are subject to Apple’s Standard EULA. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

AI Features

AI-powered features are optional and require your explicit consent. AI-generated content (game summaries, practice plans, lineup suggestions, etc.) is provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users’ data without authorization, using the app for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with the service’s operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Soccer Dad is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
